Fleet Services Structure — How This Works

There’s no rigid fleet services contract to sign. Most customers start with an informal fleet arrangement: we visit and inventory the fleet, agree on a maintenance schedule (usually quarterly or by machine-hours), and start rotating work through. As trust builds, we add priority repair, consolidated billing, and off-season overhaul planning. Fleets can leave any time — this isn’t a lock-in. It’s just an operational way to work with a repair partner over multiple machines.

Fleet Services FAQ

Do fleet services require a contract? No. Informal arrangement, mutual expectations, invoiced by the job. Big customers sometimes ask for a written scope; we’ll do that.

What size fleet is worth fleet services? Anywhere from ~5 machines up. Smaller fleets get value from consolidated scheduling; bigger fleets get value from priority repair queue.

Do you do on-site or only in-shop? Both, within our mobile scope. In-shop is faster for heavy work; on-site fits scheduled maintenance and small repairs.

What about mixed-brand fleets? That’s the whole point — we handle Toyota + Hyster + Yale + Cat + Crown forklifts, plus every skid steer brand, plus semi tractors from all builders. One shop, all brands.

What about roadside recovery? We don’t do roadside — we’re a shop, not a wrecker service. For broken-down trucks on the interstate, call a wrecker; if you can get it here, we’ll fix it.
